Do I have to be creative?
Not at all. Come with an idea or none at all. We’ll help you browse, play with combinations, and create something that feels like you.
Do I make the jewelry myself?
Yes! You’ll choose your piece and charms, then learn how to use jewelry pliers to attach them yourself with help from our team.
Can I come by myself?
Absolutely. Solo visits are welcome — text us and we’ll help find the best time for your visit.
Can I come with friends or book a group?
Yes. The Charm Bar is especially fun for friends, birthdays, mom-and-daughter dates, girls’ nights, and private celebrations.
Can I add more charms?
Yes. Additional charms and specialty pieces are available in the studio.
What materials do you use?
We focus on longer-lasting materials, including stainless steel and PVD-coated finishes that are more durable and water-friendly than many traditional plated charm pieces.
Can I make a photo locket?
Yes. Choose a locket, chain, and charms, and you can add a printed photo for an additional charge.
Can I book a private party?
Yes. Our boutique Charm Bar is a beautiful private space for birthdays, girls’ nights, mom-and-daughter dates, team gatherings, and other celebrations. Private groups have the space reserved just for them.
How long should I plan for the Charm Bar?
Most visits take about 50–60 minutes, depending on what you’re making and how long you want to spend choosing charms. For parties and larger groups, allow more time.
What is included in the price?
Your selected base piece plus the number of charms listed in the pricing section. Additional charms and specialty pieces can be added in the studio.
Are the charms waterproof / how do I care for them?
Our stainless steel and PVD-coated pieces are selected for better durability and water resistance than many traditional plated charm pieces. We still recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and storing jewelry carefully when not in use.
How many guests can the Charm Bar accommodate?
Our private Charm Bar is best for groups of up to 10 guests, which gives everyone plenty of room to create, socialize, and enjoy the experience. For groups of 11–12, text us and we’ll let you know what we can accommodate for your date and setup.
